We went to Ryukyu Asteeda’s Match!

Okinawa’s professional table tennis team “Ryukyu Asteeda” played their league match at Naha City Gymnasium on Sunday, September 18 where we promoted the 7th Worldwide Uchinanchu Festival!
The secretariat staff welcomed the spectators and distributed “uchiwa” (Japanese round-shaped fans) with the festival logo and flyers at the gymnasium entrance.

Fans cheered on Ryukyu Asteeda’s spectacular performance, and the heated match ended with their victory!
We will continue to promote the festival at various events in order to liven up the Uchinanchu Festival!
