10/31 Important Notice Regarding the Opening Ceremony
・The decision has been made to change the venue of the Opening Ceremony from Cellular Stadium to Cellular Park.
・The entrance of the venue will open at 17:00, and the Ceremony will commence from 17:30.
・Due to the limited capacity of Cellular Park, we regret to inform you that entry will be limited to invited guests. Entry will be limited to those holding passes shown below.
*Distinguished Contributors from Overseas, Representatives of the Next Generation, Uchina Goodwill Ambassadors, Presidents of Overseas Kenjinkai, and Overseas Special Invitational Guests
*Domestic Special Invitational Guests, Domestic Kenjinkai Presidents, Executive Committee Members, and other invitational guests (former Governor and Vice Governor, Churashima Okinawa Ambassador, Media from within Okinawa, etc.)
・For those unable to enter Cellular Park, live viewing is available as well as public viewing at Cellular Stadium.
・Due to rain, the program will be modified to mainly hosting ceremonies only.
* Sanshin Performance in Unison, Marching Band Performance, Talk Event, and Special Performance by HY has been cancelled.
